  1. Despite his most recent, "stunning" loss, people rather see and say how Roger has come up empty once again and is his game faltering? When all the while, he has managed yet again to reach yet another Major Grand Slam Final. "Sick" or not, pick a player who wouldnt want to be Roger even when losing.

  2. Just because he lost that bad last Sunday, it does not mean that something is the matter with him.

Even if he seemed to have improved a lot on clay this season, more people really expected Rafa to win in Roland Garros. And Rafa was really in the zone, not only last Sunday but for the whole two weeks of the French. Rafa was unbeatable, even by the current world number one.

Being a Federer fan, I will worry if it happened on grass at Wimby.

  3. Getting on a bit, losing some speed, and having problems with motivation.

He's not done yet, but i think you'll see him retire soon while he's still near his peak.

  4. No idea!  I was suprised on how quick his last game was.  Nadal just creamed him, I was happy.  But a little disappointed in the game, there was no challenge.

  5. well after the close encounter between fed and rafa in last years wimbledon nadal grew in confidence and fed became just a little short in his tennis.may be it is because he is getting older and nadal is becoming more mature.but just because nadal is great ,it doesn't mean that fed isn't.every has off-seasons and so does fed

  6. he just obviosley needs to work on his fundamentals

  7. something happened to him after his struggle against a no-name player at the Australian Open. it cant just be health-all players have their niggles but to dip so badly in form and confidence is suprising. Could that gilrlfriend of his who looks so stressed every match be the problem?

  8. Nothing. Just because he lost to Rafael Nadal in straight sets doesn't mean anything. Nadal beat everyone else in straight sets. Roger got to the final of the French Open, that's good enough. He lost to Rafa the last two years here, so why people expect him to win is beyond me. Rafa is just a better clay court player.
