What's up with Mussina's windup?

If you see him pitching, his shoulders are way up and he looks really stressed out and uptight.

If you remember a few seasons ago Mussina was getting bombed every outing.Well in spring training two years back Mussina was pitching to Pasada when Pasada noticed because of his stance and delivery you could see how Mussina was holding the ball and giving away his pitches.Mussina then changes his stance and delivery hidding the ball and the way he holds the ball.Next came his resurgance and more Ks and wins.If youve noticed the last two years his change up is more effective because it is hidden better.
