What's up with Stroller and infant seat makers, they keep getting bigger and bigger?

My Grand Daughters car seat, stroler and high chair have to be transported in the back of my pick up. Her Carseat takes up 3/4ths of the back seat. It isn't about protection, they are just huge.

i really dont know but i aggree i was in the car with my aunt and cuzins and the care seat was in the way!

it is HUGE and she said it was the smallest she could find!

I think the reason that they are doing this is so one size fits all to save money........
