What's up with Time Warner Cable's customer no service?

Question

We recenetly got digital cable with a DVR box. Today, we can view any of the regular channels for appx. 20 seconds and then a message comes up ...To order this channel call customer care at 877- 772-2253... These are not premium channels. We called the customer no service number several times and all we get is muzak. Any help (other than finding us a good satellite dish) would be appreciated.

u would be better off fixing it your self than waiting on time warner. they have the worse customer service in the world next to AOL. time warner has the most incompetent rude people working for them
