Question:

What's up with a little 'common courtesy' from Yahoo?

What can be done when you don't receive a confirmatin code from Mobile Yahoo? There are no options provided in case you don't receive one.

Why does Yahoo send us everywhere else instead of answering the question directly? They may as well eliminate Customer Service since we have to depend on Yahoo Answers for most questions. Instead of giving points, we should get paid for doing the homework for them.

  1. Unfortunately, "Common Courtesy" just isn't common anymore - in fact, I think that is almost extinct :(:(:(

Most people would rather shout you down rather than agree with you (or god forbid - try to help you).

  2. Try contacting CUSTOMER CARE by clicking the button at the bottom of this page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/re... .
