What's up with ebay?

Great way to get rid of stuff around the house you don't really need/want but don't want to just give away.  Also great place to get most things you need for a great price - it's ultimate competition for sellers so prices stay low.  I both buy and sell on ebay and have had great experiences.  But, do be careful - not everyone on there is honest.  If you do your homework (read fine print, look at many auctions of the same item, etc.) and use secure payment methods and are smart about your account info (i.e. know how to look out for phishing), you should be ok.  Hope I didn't scare you off!

Feel free to check out my auctions - I'm not trying to sell you on stuff, but I'd like to think I'm a good seller so it may give you some ideas of what to look for.
