What's up with my finger?

Question

Today I cracked my knuckles and now and the bottom of my middle finger you can feel this little round bone or something. It kind of hurts when I push onto it but other than that it's completely fine. Anybody know what happened?

You have sprained it ..Have it looked at by a doctor..

have your doctor look at it put ice on it....Have your doctor look at it before you cant treat it no more.
