  5. addiction or abuse seems to be what would be classified as worse.  many  kids try drugs.  the question is, does it become a problem in their adult life?  does it control their life?  have they suffered losses or been arrested because of their problem?  a DUI would classify alcohol as as interfering with this person's life and possibly show signs of severe emotional problems.  

    Judgment vs education - - - where are you?

    Drinking is legal

    Drinking too much is not, though at that time it was not nearly as bad as it is now

    Cocaine is illegal in any amount

    So Obama knowingly purposely and with premeditation committed a felony

    So given the choice between a felonious act and an infraction

    I'm gonna have to say that the coke snorting racist terrorist sympathizer gets the worst vote
