What's worser: a severe asthma attack or a severe heart attack?

What's worser: a severe asthma attack or a severe heart attack?

i think it would be a severe heart attack

both can be fatal, however i think ashtma attacks are more easily controlled

A heart attack is worse. It can kill you. Asthma attacks are rarely fatal.

Please help answer. I have an ear problem.

I'm gonna go with the severe heart attack. A asthma attack is reversible with xopenex and albuterol 95% of the time (yea, I'm a respiratory therapist) and if you can't reverse it you can always put in a trach until you can. With a severe heart attack, it's not that easy... yea, I'm gonna gonna go with the heart attack.
