Did you know that 80% of UCSD students could not find the error above? Seriously is there really anything wrong here?

You have to make sure this puzzle is reprinted in the correct font for it to work.  Usually the I's are replaced with ones or the O's are replaced with zeroes - but if you use a font where the numbers and letters are too similar, it loses the essence of the puzzle.

Go back to where you first saw it and look closely at the letters I and O.  Unless you're looking at a copy of a copy of a copy, in which case the mistake may not have survived the font change.

well the i's are lower case L's but that isnt always the case as it depends on what font you use, and also my second answer is simply the fact that there are 3 K's which is also the symbol for the internation organisation of the Ku Klux Klan!! think about it peeps

well the letters are in the  right order..lol..but theyr repeated thrice..? other than that..i wouldnt say anythings 'wrong'..

There is nothing wrong here, and that is part of the problem.  In the original problem the opening question is:

Whats wrong here?

The list of tripled letters are just there to distract the viewer from the actual problem (much like a magician tries to divert your eyes from what he is doing), which is supposed to be a missing apostrophe in the contraction "whats" .

However, in your posting you have, inadvertently, I would assume, "fixed" the problem, by including the missing apostrophe, so that there is nothing wrong at all!
