What's wrong if I get a funny sensation in my nose after drinking energy drinks?

I get a funny sensation/itch in my nose after I drink Monster (32 oz) & Full Throttle (16 oz).

the tinngling feeling is the caffeine ,your body cant take it look for a energy drink with a little less caffeine

idk just b carefull cause my cousin was basically put in the hospital because of drinking so0o manny of them....there was something wrong with his heart after drinking so0o manny =(
