What's wrong ith my facebook account?

I didn't really like facebook but my friends forced me to get an account, so I got one. I didn't ever go on it. Today I felt like going on it but I couldn't remember my password, so I clicked the "forgot password?" button and when I entered my email address it said that my account had been disabled. Is this because I haven't been on it? Why has this happened?

If you don't use your account for a very long time, they deactivate it. There should be a way to restore it. If not, you'll have to sign up again.

Most likely because you never activated your account

My sister's profile was down for a couple days for maintenance or something like that. Click on forgot password again and it that doesn't work then you'll have to reactivate it.
