What's wrong with me? Diagnose me please!?

I have a sore throat and it hurts when i swallow, fever, headache, body aches all over, all my sinues feel plugged, and I am extremely hot. No cough, no sneezing, no chills. I've taken Mucinex, Tylenol, and Ibuprofen, and nothing helps.What's wrong with me?

That could be anything from mono to strep, to an every-day cold/virus.  If it does not go away in 24 to 48 hours, you need to go to a doctor for antibiotics.  If it is strep (which is very common) they can give you antibiotics to clear it up and make you feel better.  Strep left untreated is not good.  If you look in a mirror with your mouth wide open and you see any white spots on your throat, it is most likely strep.  If it is mono, there is nothing your doctor can do for you, but if you are not tired, you probably do not have it.  Even if it is just a cold, your doctor can prescribe something to make you feel better that is more effective than over-the-counter drugs.

I hope you get feeling better.  It is no fun to be sick.

you might have tonsillitis which is a sore throat but worse the best thing for you to do is drink allot or orange juice and suck on some halls while drinking the orange juice it give your throat the vitamin c that it needs.

That can't be answered on here, the only way to answer that is have a Dr. check you out and see what is wrong. It maybe the flu? It maybe something else but get it checked out.

You may have strept throat.

I would go to a doctor right away because if it is strept, it's very contagious.

You need to see a doctor and get antibiotics.

If it stings when you swallow and drink fluids and your throat is red then you probably have strep throat. If not then you probably just have a sore throat... drink lots of fluids, gets lots of bed rest, and try to see a doctor as soon as possible to get the for sure diagnoses and if it is strep then you're gonna need an antibiotic but see a doctor as soon as possible!

sounds like maybe the flu and strep throat, but I am no expert.  Go to the doctor.
