What's wrong with my Action Replay?

I just got action replay today and it was working fine at first now all the cheats are gone and it says error! a million times when i plug it into my computer. Help!

what you need to do is take it back in tell them that it does not work at all in get a exchange for the one that don't work are get your money back  :)ava06

lol this happened to me too.so i tried adding games and put it in my com but it didnt work.so i just ignored it.i dont even like it that much.but if ur crazy about it.then exchange for a new one and yes ur lucky>.<
