Question:

What's wrong with my Windows Live Messenger?

For some reason, when I change something on my messenger, nothing happens on my contacts' side. For instance, I change my display picture, it changes on my side, but doesn't on their side... Been doing this for a while now.

BTW, I'm using Windows Live Messenger 8.5 on Windows XP SP3.
