There are too many ads on it, and the words "Money-Spinner," are a turn-off.  The template isn't original enough.  At first glance, It's not clear what the blog is about.  And, the URL isn't easy to remember.  Also, not to be continually negative, but a visitor to your site doesn't know that he or she can trust you.  

Check out a book at the library or in the bookstore about blogging.  Learn to focus on a topic.  Also, learn how to personalize the look.  Learn to place the ads so that they aren't so obvious.

Those quotations are nice, but they don't sound like they have anything to do with money, if "money-spinning" is your goal.  

Get rid of the pornish-looking advertisement at the bottom of the page.  Is it about that, or is it about money?  Is it about the positive sayings like the one from Bill Cosby and others that you listed?

Whatever you put on your blog, and whatever template you use, make sure that all the things tie together to give the message that you want to share.

It looks like you may have it set to private.  I looked at your profile and your 360 link isn't showing under your avatar.  Make sure you have "show link to my 360 page" checked off.  Look in 'edit my info' under privacy, if the above noted isn't checked off then check it.  Click on preview and you should see the link showing in your profile page, then click ok.
