What's wrong with my car?

It makes this weird noise when I stir left, or turn left, and when I keep my hands of the wheel, instead of driving straight, it drives curving to the right...what should I do?

your balance is off so go to any shop and get your tires balanced and it should fix that

serious steering, bearing or axle problem.......STOP driving it and get it to a garage....on a tow truck!

may be a cv axle or axle shaft check under neath your vehicle and visually inspect it for loose components or torn axle boots ,take it in for an oil change and they may inspect it for you while its up in the air.
