Question:

What's wrong with my cell?

So I’m just looking for opinions so give them too me!

I’m currently with T-Mobile, prices are great however, the phones I get ALWAYS act up. They've sent me a couple of new phones but they mess up also. My phone is currently acting up, they do the same ol “lets do trouble shooting”, etc. Are other companies like this? Should I say no to T-Mobile and be through with them when my contract is up?

  1. I had t-mobile too..

and I haven't had any problems with  my phones ...

    And I have bought a lot ...

Maybe just change the phone you use ... that could be the problem ...

  2. Unfortunately a cell phone is an electronic and electronics act up. When purchasing a phone I always recommend waiting a while before jumping on a new phone. Known issues aren't known until more people have experienced the same issue and the more people use it the more feedback ull get. Ask around and save urself some time!

  3. i have tmobile and i went through this issue but they were very helpful and after i received the 3rd one everything has been fine. if you like the plan i say stick with it cuz i changed to verizon and i thought they were to expensive so i went back to tmobile

  4. I've never had a problem wiht att&t sprint and t mobile by far i could never ive them another chance but all companies trouble shoot mabye when your contrat ends switch to att&t it will be your best move! espacliay with the new i hpne 3G 199$ with a 2 year contract! its amazing with the app store having an ipod on ur phone

  5. No matter what carrier they do need to attempt troubleshooting rule out User error, network issues, equipment issues or account issues. So yes, no matter who you go to if there was a problem with your phone you would have to troubleshoot. I would just make sure you cover yourself with insurance and try a company with a bigger Tech support group.

  6. All companies have to to the trouble shooting. Are you sure you dont drop your phones alot? I have T-mobile and I have no issues with there phones.
