What's wrong with my computer?!?

Lately, about 80% of the time I try to get on the internet, it will just kick me off with no warning whatsoever. We have ran virus scans, but nothing seems to help.

Any ideas on what it might be and how to fix it?

It's a brand new computer (it's a Dell), not even a year old.

it's nothing to do with the computer.. it as everything to do with your ISP you may have gone over your band width. (downloaded to much stuff) check with the ISP call their customer sevice
