What's wrong with my dog?

i have a little pekingnese and hes about 5 yrs old... 2 days ago he was fine but now he cant walk at all on his back 2 legs he doesnt look in pain but i dont know whats wrong with him. hes not an outdoor dog either hes inside most of the time and i was with him everyday so i dont have any idea what could possibly have happened he doesnt jump from the furniture we have to pick him up and put him on our laps if he wants up so i dont know what could be wrong

this happened to my dog once, take your dog to the vet ASAP.

it could be serious, but hopefully it's not.

Take him to the vet. It could even be arthritis. Hope he gets better soon. Poor little guy!

No one on teh net can tell you exactly what is going on.

A vet needs to see your dog to do a physical exam and possible some lab work to figure out what is going on.

Well just because he doesn't look like he's in pain does not mean that he's not.  If he can't walk on them it means he is in some degree of pain or discomfort.  He could have sprained his legs or even worse he could have had a minor stroke that left him partially paralyzed.  You need to take him to the vet for a consult.

Dose your dog have use of his back legs at all. If he has no or very little use of his legs it could be caused by a tick. One thing is certain. Your dog needs a vet ASAP.
