  1. IT WILL HAPPENDS WHEN THE MOTOR IS RUNNING SLOWER,OR THE LENS IS STRUCKED.TRY TO REMOVE THE COVER AND YOU WILL WHY IT HAPPENDS.GOOD LUCK..I AM RIGHT?CHOOSE MY ANSWER AS BEST.THANK YOU


  2. try to open the cover of the unit and  clean the lens by cotton budge and wipe gently  it  one direction. then play the a cd

  3. If anything has happen to it or it is old, i suggest mabey a new dvd player.
