What's wrong with my ear??

Oh man, it is ringing like mad!! It is so loud, it woke me up in the middle of the night. It just happened suddenly, for no apparent reason at all.

I don't usually have wax buildup in that ear, but I cleaned it out with Q-tips and flushing it with water and nothing changed. My ear feels kind of clogged.

I'm also super dizzy and a little nauseous. I was able to come in to work (I didn't drive), but it's still pretty bad and hard to concentrate on anything else.

Oh, also inside my ear hurts a little sometimes, and my head hurts a little on that side too sometimes, but I think I could just be imagining it.

It's so random that it worries me!! What could be wrong? Just some ideas, I'm not asking anyone to diagnose me.

I had that happen but I didn't have the ringing that much, when I went to the Dr's they diagnosed me with Vertigo.

It could also be Swimmers ear my husband had that and he had the ringing, hurting head, pressure.
