Question:

What's wrong with my ear?

Ok 6 weeks ago I got my ears pierced and last Friday I was able to take them out. So I did just to see what it looked like. And then I took some new ones and put them in cause I was tired of my original ones. So the next day I was putting new ones in and then one of my ears started bleeding from the hole. What's wrong? The other one was fine. But when I took my original ones out you could still see the red stuff inside my ear hole. But I thought it was fine.

Main question:What's wrong with my ear? It was bleeding earlier but it stopped. What should I do to make my ear heal completely? Should I keep my original ones in longer? Or what?

Please help me!

Any advice appreciated.

  1. After you took the original ones out, you didn't put any earrings on for a day?

That might have been the problem. You can take them out to switch to a different pair of earrings, but do it as soon as you remove the old ones.

It doesn't matter what pair of earrings you wear now, just don't go without wearing any for even a short period of time. Keep your ears and earrings clean and you should be fine.
