I went for a light 15 min job at 6am this morning when it was nice and cool outside. halfways through the jog, my right eye was seeing blurry and when i was done jogging i walked a lap around my street before walking inside. when i got inside my ears starting hurting and my balance was slightly off. the things with my ears is a new one, but my eyes getting blurry(esp. my right one) is common when i go running. what's wrong?

ps. i didn't sleep at all last night. (is that the problem?)

is it cause i'm dehydrated?

also another question.. am i supposed to drink water before or i go running? during my run? after?

  1. i asked some one[mam] and she said it is because of the cold air  when u get outside early  u should cover your ears by cotton.what you have to do is keep ur head warm by towel or something.

and i think it's allright  to drink water before you goto run or after or in between because athlets do it. i hope will help.

  2. If you didn't sleep at all that is probably the reason. Well depending on how far of a run it is. You always want to stay dehydrated
