but basically he lays with his face down and his tail up, ALL the time.

Please help! I don't want my baby to die.

Ps. Don't mention the tank size, I'm working on it!

I can't really see anything in the vid. but it sounds like Swim Bladder.

Okay so filters are good for the quality of the water but it needs a bubble stone. Their not expensive, it just a stone that lays in the water that a tube hooks up to and it will increase the amount of oxygen in the water.

Another thing, don't over feed! I have had that issue before where I fed my fish too much and they die from it.

Another HUGE MUST... You should get a PH test kit, if their PH is wacky it will kill them for sure. There are also nitrite tests which are important. It might just be that your fishes water is not very good, fish have to have very accurate water or else, you know.
