What's wrong with my gamecube?

My Gamecube randomly shut off when I was playing Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. There was a message saying that there was a problem and I had to shut it off and consult my manual for what to do. But my Gamecube is a used one and didn't come with a manual. What should I do?

That happens when gamecubes get a little older, make sure to use an air can on it to clean it of dust, and keep it on a desk so the carpet does collect more dust into it, and clean out the Disk slot, and Clean the disk. That should work. If not go to nintendo.com and check the FAQ. Or call them for assistance. This happens to me every once and a while. I have stopped using it and I use my Wii now.

hmm all i can say is go to game stop and trade in the gamecube for a wii (they'll give you a discount) because you can play gamecube games on the wii or go to nintendo .com

easy sell it and keep all the accsesorys and buy a wii

If you got it at GameStop tell them it's faulty and ask them to replace it.

Ah....That happened to me too a while ago. I just turned it off for a few minutes and turned it back on and it was fine.  Otherwise, I'm not really sure.

its a gamecvube that what wrong ha ha jk it does that my ps2 has done that so has other consles it could be it over heated? or the disc was messed up reading or it could just be your gamecube try it with other games and if it still happens with all your games then its the gamecuba go buy a new one

buy an xbox because even the makers of the gamecube didnt bring the free prototype home with them.
