  1. Read through this page about what guinea pig urine should and should not be like: http://www.guinealynx.info/normal.html#u...

Are they eating? What are they eating? Where did you get them? How are they acting? These are all very important things to know in order to figure out what is happening to your pigs.

I would really advise that you take them to a vet (and one that knows about guinea pigs specifically- call ahead and ask that). There are too many reasons as to why there urine would be that color (I'm assuming that's what it is) and why they are not pooing. Check the list of vets here http://www.guinealynx.info/vetlist.html for ones near you, or use the site to determine how to find a good one.

Please get them checked out asap (like today), guinea pigs can get a great deal of really bad illnesses and time is always a factor in helping them get better.

Also please use that site to care for your pigs in the future to ensure that they live a long, happy life.

  2. You should take them to a vet http://www.guinealynx.info/vet.html

Pet store pigs are usually sold sick.

  3. Are your guinea pigs boys or girls?

Have a look at the perianal region (your guinea pigs private parts) is there any discharge?

The liquid COULD be urine if it was REALLY concentrated but by the description sounds more like blood.  If it was a large amount it was probably urine.

If there was a small amount of liquid and there is a discharge (particularly bloody discharge) you should take your piggy to the vet immediately- this happened to my guinea pig a couple of months ago- she had a uterine infection and needed to be desexed straight away.

Blood in the urine is not a good thing either, it could be a sign of infection- it could also be a sign of organ damage.

If guinea pig hasnt been to the toilet in two days chances are she has something very serious. Guinea pigs toilet constantly.

Try getting her to eat and drink, and please take her to the vet asap.
