What's wrong with my hamster??

Question

She is a dwarf hamster. Her fur looks a bit ruffled, especially around her head. She's getting f***s stuck to parts of her body like her paws and tummy. I can't find any vets in my area that treat hamsters. She's eating the same amount. She's very active, climbs around the cage. . I just don't know what's wrong. Please help.

Try looking up something called "wet tail". That could explain the f***s part...

It could be  Yellow Fever Virus.
