What's wrong with my ipod 30 gb?

it doesn't allow me to play music or anything. all it says is "ok to disconnect" also at the top it says its in "disk mode" if i connect it into my computer then it says "do not disconnect" and it still says disk mode. also theres no color O_O everything is in black in white. weird huh?

Well I'm sorry to have to tell you this. But, it's time to get a new iPod.

You can try to restart it by making sure the hold switch is off and press and hold both the select button and menu button at the same time for about 5 seconds, until you see your Ipod restart.
