What's wrong with my ipod? please help me!

i plug it in my computer to sync my recently added songs, but it won't sync. i plug it in and it just turns on my ipod and stays at the menu. i gave it like 5 minutes to load but nothing happened. yes, my library is open, and yes, it's plugged in properly. what it going on!?!?!?

did you click sync?

you might have to ( for some reason) tell it to sync.

go to the page about ur ipod ( where it shows the capacity left and stuff

and click sync

bring it to an apple store in the morning. they can either fix it or replace it (usually for free) for you. they did for my 30 gb video
