What's wrong with my new Tefal Quick Cup machine?

Ok, I just got my Tefal Quick Cup machine about 1 week ago. The water was fine and everything but today. I found out that the water wasn't hot enough. No, I'm not turning crazy but is there something wrong with it and I need to know the problem. I checked the filter and cleaned and the water still hasn't got hotter. The water is lukewarm.

I bought one, and it worked for 3 days, I also discovered that it cannot make tea, because it does not reach boiling point, it is OK for most things but NOT tea, I took it back and explained that it didnt work, I bought a clear kettle which can boil 1 cup, and it is unbelievable in it's operation, it is a Kenwood TK 450, and it is almost as efficient as the Tefal, it holds about 11/2 litres so is big, it's £20 cheaper !!!

If you just bought it then you need to get it replaced because it is faulty. Return it for an exchange.
