What's wrong with my phone and can I fix it

I got it wet and at first it worked but was dialing random numbers. then I took the battery out to dry and it says s/w upgrade n has a pic of the phone and a computer behind that n under that it says cannot answer calls while useing s/w upgrade. I have the sprint lg fusic please help asap!!!!

When you got it wet, the internal parts corroded which is causing all the issues.

Unfortunately, it cannot be fixed.  If you have insurance, you can file a claim.

The fusic came out over 2 years ago.  If you got it that long ago, then you should be eligible for an upgrade.

I worked for Sprint for 4 years, so I've seen this many, many times.
