I finally got a big enough tank for a seahorse (i had to save for a long time) but when i got him in the tank (converted swimming pool with lid), he just kept neighing, and trying to gallop away...is there a certain water temperature I should have it set for?

  1. It sounds like you got taken at the pet store. What you've got there isn't a seahorse, it's a swamppony. They need warm, brackish water. Leave the cover off the tank you've got, and let it sit without any treatment for a few weeks, and you'll be fine. In the meantime, keep your swamppony in your bedroom.

  2. LOL

How many times shall we say this?

25 degrees C- not a degree more or less!!!

Now the poor horse won't have a uterus to carry babies in!!!!

  3. Are you trying to make soup?

  4. You should try putting it in sugar water.  Maybe toss in some pieces of carrot.
