it won't idle it's a 94 plymouth voyager and it doesn't idle right help please I am using a little tree air freshener to hold the throttle open enough to idle

    Fuel filter clogged.

    Ignition components damp or damaged.

    Faulty emission systems components.

    Faulty or incorrectly gapped spark plugs.

    Faulty spark plug wires.

    Vacuum leak in the fuel injection system, intake manifold, or vacuum hoses.


  3. it might not be getting enough gas to keep it going, change the gas filter. also the idle air control could be bad if it,s throwing a code. there,s something else you could try, clean out the throttle body so it can breathe and check the air filter, it could be choking it down.
