What's wrong with the Olympics this year?

With all the scandals and people just acting disrespectful. The Spain basketball team, the little girl who lip synced the opening song for the Olympics. It just doesn't seem that some of these people really remember what it's all about.

This is where the world gets together and competes with the best of the best. Has anyone else noticed this? Does it bother anyone else?
