Hey, I live in front of a lake and today after a walk, I saw one duck just swimming with another one...and then...IT BIT IT'S HEAD AND FORCED IT INTO THE WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not joking. It was on top of the duck and kept it's mouth on the poor duck's head. It was a male and female is that helps. Please don't say this is stupid, because...well...how would you feel is someone you cared about was bitten and might've drowned? Is that stupid? Thanx,

  1. Sorry, but that's natural duck behavior.  Male ducks (drakes) are extremely aggressive in mating.  But one of my female ducks even did this to another female in a dominance display.  It happens with both wild and domestic ducks.

  2. they are pretty agressive when mating and thats defantly what they were doing! the female should be okay :)

  3. i think they were probly just mating but how violent!!!
