  1. I've tried to feed them canned food (it's more convenient), but they refuse to eat it.  I cook chicken and cut it up into pieces and give that to them instead and, of course, the occasional bit of tuna.

  2. Nutro naturals is the best. There are formulas for indor, senior, kitten, hairball, overweight, etc.

I used it but now can afford to order Newman's own Organics dry & canned & the ingredients are fit for human consumption.

  3. I would buy brand products. My cat prefers Whiskas. She's a kitten, so we buy Whiskas Junior. You should buy Junior, regular or Senior food depending on your cat's age. Most cats like meat in sauce rather than jelly. And very important: Quality cat food has a meat content of at least 10%.

  4. None, because they (they=vets) say that it is better for a cat to have dry food.  THe dry food makes there finkle matter smell better and it helps them not to have a urinary infection.  For DRY cat food I reccommend Max Cat. Not Purina.

Cats are Carnivores (whenther you like it or not) and they really do need meet to live longer and healthier.  So all you need to do is look at the dry food nutrients and the very first on needs to say someething with meat.  If it doesn't that means that there using to much corn meal and that isnt the best thing for your cat.  I recomen Max Cat because it is cheaper than  most Name brands and it has a higher concetration of chicken or some other meat.  Going back to the Purina, it uses chicken by products (head, liver, and intestants) which arent the healthiest things for your cat.

YOU WANT YOUR CAT TO BE THE BEST AND HEALTHIEST IT CAN BE RIGHT!!!

Please consider what I have told you!

  5. Anything with gravy, but I feed them Friskies because it's cheap.

  6. felix

  7. Neither cat likes any seafood, and neither are especially fond of chicken, although Poppy does eat raw chicken happily enough.

Both of them seem to like venison and turkey the best, and lately Sophie has gotten into duck and quail.

For raw, Poppy seems to prefer the rabbit.

As for brands, they both enjoyed the Natural Balance venison & green pea, and later they enjoyed the Nature's Variety Instincts venison.  Then Sophie called for a timeout and she now happily eats Wellness turkey, with the occasional side of Evo 95% Meat duck and B.G. Quail.

  8. My Kitties get a mixed diet of Nutro Products.

They get Nutro natural Weight Management because they are lazy indoor cats.  That is their dry food, and then their wet food is Nutro Natural Choice chicken and rice.  They love it and are all in great shape.

  9. iams dry food and for a treat, felix roasted as good as it gets.  They go mad for the felix.  When i want to get them in the house i open the window, dangle a pouch outside and they always somehow spot it and come shooting in the window at the speed of lightening.

p.s. my mums cat ws allergic to whiskers supermeat and got a nasty rash all over her body.  Cleared right up when she stopped eating it.

  10. Fancy Feast Grilled Chicken Feast in Gravy. But he basically likes anything with gravy that isn't sliced or shredded. Also Friskies Salmon. (The loaf/pate kind.)

  11. My cat likes Fancy Feast, anything with gravy.
