I see many "comments" arise when he fails, now whats your take on his match winning innings of 91 in 57 balls yesterday ??

  19. Great and exciting innings. He was careful in the early part and

    as soon as he settled - he played a magnificent innings. He still

    has in him to play this sort of innings - but he gets out for the

    wrong ball. When he times the ball - there is no better batsman

    than him to watch. He is sweet timer of the ball.

    With all this - he needs to be more consistent with his bat.

  21. I agree with you. It crossed my mind as soon as I saw the match that no one will say he did well. Apart from us fans. They run to criticize and are so miserly in their praises.

    I saw the Q earlier. Being a Sourav fan, stayed away for a while. Wanted to see what they all write.

    He played a brilliant innings and looked  like a little boy as he went on taking wickets after batting well.

    Two consecutive wins.

  22. Dada proved yet again why we call him "The Bengal Tiger". What more can I say? The innings which he played yesterday was exceptional. He smashed the Deccan bowlers to all sides of the ground for his knock of 91 runs which comprised of 11 fours and 5 sixes. As I watched him go for those sixes, I had an unique sensation of watching that same good old Sourav-the agressive Sourav whom we all used to watch 10 years back. Yesterday, it didn't seem that he is an aging player and 35 years old. He seemed to possess the same enthusiasm of his youth as the Prince of Kolkata rose to the occasion to silence his critics with his bat-not by his words. His flamboyant innings highlighted the fact that age doesn't matter, as long as one has the will to strive for the best. Not only with the bat, he proved his capability with the ball as well. He took 2 catches, which suggests that he may not be the greatest fielder, but he isn't as pathetic on the field as people make him out to be.

    Our dada does not care about the comments which arise when he fails. It's strange that some people would continue to criticize him, no matter how well he plays. The more people criticize him , the better he will perform. I shall forever continue to respect his fighting spirit.

    Hats off to dada, "the king of comebacks".

  27. he surprised me to be fair almost everyone knows here that i didnt like saurav because of his politics ,but the way he played yesterday reminded me of his younger days when he loved playing for india and was a nice guy
