Those sad defensive confused puppy-dog looks that men display when they've gone too far into unknown psychological territory.  That look is ALL male, even on newborns.   As a nurse, I helped with childbirths and just as soon as the baby's head would be born, all the nurses would know 100% of the time before the genitalia was born that the baby was boy if he had that look.  Nurses and docs actually call that "all-man" expression the "Elvis" face.

It mans to be strong and virile all the time

Masterful, physical prowess. You can't be manly if you're a weedy guy for example cause you have nothing to back it up with and you'll just get hit if you tried to act manly

Are you always in distress? If you need a masculine man who will come to your rescue all the time he can be found only in fairy tales. If you are still in the fairyland. A Man consider HImself manly when he is alowed to brag. Man who consider himself virgle when he is able to do whatever he wishes to without asking you for permission.
