What's your dream guitar setup?

I'd go with a Gibson Les Paul custom and then swap an emg 81 in the bridge through a 68 Marshall Plexi, and for Pedals woud be dunlop slash crybaby wah, Ibanez ts9, boss chorus, reverb, delay and flange, mxr phase 90

Mine would have to be an American Standard Fender Stratocaster with dual humbuckers and whammy bar with ernie ball strings and texas special pickups. I would put that with a  boss distortion pedal, a marshall half-stack, a eddie van halen phaser, dunlop zakk wylde or Jimi Hendrix Wah. An anti feed-back pedal, with a boss reverb pedal, a boss slapback delay pedal, a boss blues driver, a metal zone pedal and a jimi hendrix fuzzface.

A solid-wood HSS strat with a MIDI pickup installed, running the guitar pickups into an A/B switch between a Fender Twin and a Marshall JCM 2000. The effects chain would run ts9 with true bypass - A/B - (fender) small stone - univibe, (marshall) guv'nor - octavia

My MIDI would be running into a hot Mac with my favorite VST instruments into a foot-pedal midi control.
