What's your dream mexican meal

Question

I'm doing a random survey on everyone's dream mexican meal. make it exactly like you want it. I'm looking for a common trait everyone enjoys. also make it a meal. add basically anything you want that can be found at most mexican resrurants. here's mine:

- soft tacos ( no lettuce )

- cheese quesadillas

- grilled chicken fajitas

- beef enchiladas

- spanish rice

- nachos ( cheese dip and thin salsa )

- churros!!!

Start the meal with tostada chips and salsa, with a icy cold Beer. Then a super burrito loaded with beans, cheese, lettuce, olives and your choice of meat.  I like the beef filling.  Then a side order of re-fried beans and spanish rice.  And when I'm done, I want some hot, black coffee with those Cinnamon crispy things.
