What's your favorite Chinese meal?

For me, definitely moo goo gai pan. I love Chinese vegetables and the moo goo comes with chicken, bamboo shoots, bok choy, water chestnuts, mushrooms, carrots and either broccoli or baby corn. I do also love the crab rangoon. It's really easy to make, too. Deep fryer at 325 degrees, you can get the wonton wrappers at any Chinese grocery, fill them with whatever you want and drop them in the oil (preferably peanut or sunflower for taste) for about 4 minutes.

Our usual order is 4-5 orders of crab rangoon (seriously), shrimp fried rice, pork lo mein, fried prawns with extra mustard, and beef and broccoli.  Occasionally we'll mix it up with mu shoo pork or cashew chicken.

Crab rangoon is awesome any time, isn't it?!  You can't very well have Chinese take out without tossing in an order of the rangoon! I personally love shrimp friend rice, and beef and borcolli.  The white "sticky" rice is the bomb, too!  Try it with white cane sugar sprinkled on top and it's like dessert!

I Love rice, any kind of rice! Spicy food is the best too when it comes to Chinese food. They can do some great dishes like, hot and spicy chicken, or Gen er SOS..
