Man, I can't believe you only have 1 STAR WARS in there!  Here's my top 3 in order of awesomeness:

Star Wars II:  Empire Strikes Back (1980)

Star Wars III:  Return of the Jedi (1983)

Stars Wars I:  A New Hope (1977)

And then Terminator 1 and 2 to round off the top 5.

And then the next 2:

I did some research to try to come up with a definitive list a wihle back, wrote an article about it on a blog, and I came up with this list based on critical acclaim, quality of the film, the way it affected the genre, etc.:

I think of the ones on your list, Solaris is the least well-known. i think t2 is a valid choice. I also saw the day the earth stood still recently, it was most interested but it felt like very low production values.
