I just love Thai Green Chicken Curry & Pandan Chicken & it will be a must to order these 2 whenever I visit any Thai restaurant.

Spicy mint noodle.

It's stir fried rice noodle with fresh mint leaves and spices, I like the flavors.

If made right (and by right, I mean extremely hot and spicy), it is either the red curry or green curry. Here in sarasota FL, we have at least 6 thai places, and 2 are realy great, but only one will make it thai hot. They even tell you: we will make it hot, but you cannot bring it back.

Gang Kea Warn.   (chicken green curry).

funny story how we discovered this.  We had originally ordered Kea Warn which is sweet and sour chicken.  They screwed up and gave us Gang Kea Warn.  We were upset, until we tasted the wrong item.  It is now me and my sister's favorite.   It's awesome.

Nice call on the spicy mint noodles. I'm torn between them and Pad See Ew. It uses the same thick rice noodles as the mint noodle dish, but has a kind of thick, sweet-ish brown sauce and broccoli. The trick is that it really HAS to be Chinese broccoli which is bitter. Then you get all those amazing contrasty things that make Thai food so amazing - soft noodles + crispy broccoli, sweet sauce + bitter vegetable. I like it best with pork, chicken would be good too. Not so much with beef or shrimp - interferes with the perfect combination.
