What a tough question. Usually, I refuse to answer saying something like "I haven't had them all" or what not. I'm feeling an answer today however...

2006 Barrel-Aged Blackout Stout from Great Lakes. What a wonderful edition. The bourbon was strong, but not overpowering and the chocolate/coffee maltiness was heavenly.

Very much dependant on your individual taste. If you like a heavy or light, there are lots of local variations. If you try your local microbreweries, you will end up liking something you can get locally. It will be fresher than bottled or canned. Draft is ALMOST always better than bottled or canned.
