What's your favorite book series?

I'll start. Mine is Scott Westerfield's Uglies Trilogy.

The Chronicles of Narnia, by C.S. Lewis.

The only other series I can remember reading was Harry Potter, and those were good, just not my favorite. They were just so..long..And I prefer reading books that aren't in a series, anyway..

"The Baroque Cycle" by Neal Stephenson

Primarily because it's the only proper series I've ever read.  But also because I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Mine is (or, more correctly ARE) Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt, Kurt Austin, and Oregon books. They're all awesome, not to mention interconnected.

I also enjoy Terry Pratchett's Discworld, Kelley Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld, Barb & J.C. Hendee's Noble Dead, and John Ringo's Posleen, Ghost and Council War series.

Honor Harrington by David Weber is tied with the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton.

Both series are well crafted and detailed in their worlds, but one is hard science fiction and the other stretches the boundaries of dark fantasy into places no one else has ever taken it.

In classic books, the full version of "A thousand and One Arabian Nights" and the Lord of the Rings are well worth buying and reading.

ummm the twilight saga i also like the uglies series too. Theres gonna be a uglies movie coming out like next year just to let you know.
