liquid eyeliner, doesnt smudge :) buy No7 liquid eyeliner, i love it, it stays on all day, and it is easy to remove! £8.50 atm.

I love Clinique Timeliner for Eyes in Smokey Brown or True Khaki. My 2nd fave is Mark Eyemarker in Java.

I myself love the Sonia Kashuk (Spelling?) eyeliner pencil; it's got a lot of color choices and a very easy, smooth application.  I love it!!

Revlon colorstay is the best eyeliner I've tried that does not smudge, is waterproof and honestly, stays on for a reallllyyy long time. It's also a twist up as well = D

My next favourite would be annabelle smoothliners-they are awesome, especially for the price. They smudge at first, but let the gel formula set/dry and it definitely has good staying power.

Cover Girl black eyeliner pencil.  It's been around for years.  It gives me that dark line inside my eyelid.  I always put the liner inside my eye.  so much sexier.  there is a little smudger on the other end.
