  1. Shrimp or Crab (Crab is harder to find)

I add Peas or pea pods, spinach, fresh sliced mushrooms, cilantro, Sushi vinegar, eggs (like egg drop soup), soy sauce

  2. Chicken- I never use the amount of water it says to....I also put in a few splashes of hot sauce.

  3. i like adding stuff like melted cheese pieces of chicken..maybe a few green beans..yummy.

  4. Mine is beef but I I like it all I use to have something Hot with like all kinds of spices but that was when I was a kid and aint saw it again...

  5. chicken hands down and its great by its self

  6. chicken it is really good

  7. To be honest, it all taste the same to me - chicken, beef, pork, shrimp and oriental.

I do add stuff to the ramen noodles - shredded nappa cabbage and chinese style bbq pork.

    Edit...

I recently tried a Korean ramen that was Kim Chee flavored.  That was different and I enjoyed it.  The soup was red from all of the red pepper flakes.  Nice and spicy!

  8. beef

want to try chili but cant find it anywhere

i add less water and more salt! terrible i know

  9. Korean Shin Ramen! Soo spicy and good!! x]

Yeah, I add a lot of veggies. Onions, sprouts (I get them at the Oriental market), spinach, broccoli, etc. and an egg. I also try not to put too much of the soup base because it's not too good for you. I don't really like Maruchan ramen lol.

  10. I really don't have a favorite "flavored" ramen noodle, but surely have a favorite brand, called S&S Saimin.  (ramen=saimin in Hawaii).

S&S Saimen is a fresh ramen noodle with powdered dashi mix, found in the freezer section in most Hawaiian markets.  Favorite added ingredients are thinly sliced kamaboko(japanese fish cake), char siu pork (chinese roasted pork), lightly beaten eggs, scallions or green onions and pork gyozo, seasonecd with soy sauce, black pepper and Hawaiian chili pepper water (or tabasco).

  11. Chili flavor is the best

  12. Oriental Ramen Noodles are my favorite.

My brother's wife used to make them for me and she would add a tad bit of vinegar sugar and soy sauce to the water when the noodles boiled and it always came out sooo good.

  13. I like chicken and oriental.  I've also pan fried the noodles after cooking them, just to give them a little texture.

  14. Chicken is the most versatile, however I like pork , shrimp, and Oriental.

  15. Chicken... I like it just how it is.

  16. I have to go with beef on this one.

  17. I like Oriental.  Always use less water and I cook the noodles for a long time - don't like them to be too chewy.   I always add crushed red pepper flakes.

  18. Beef is my fav.  I use it as a side with dinner but before i cook the noodles i slice carrots a little green onion green, yellow, and red bell peppers and then cook them in a touch of olive oil.  while that is cooking cook my noodles and than mix them together and sprinkle with a little soy sauce. Its a good side dish with anything.

  19. chicken

And yes we have a ramen noodle recipe with ground beef & tomatoes, it's quite good.

I've also added canned vegetables (liquid drained) to my ramen -

  20. Creamy chicken.  Add just enough water to cover and seasoning packet.  Add a little butter and cook until noodles are done.  This is so bad for you but I love it.
