  5. grapes or a fruit smoothie made with real fruit                                                                      my recipe- 1 cup of strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries, 1cup of low fat vanilla yogurt, and a chopped up banana, blend till smooth.

  6. My favorite healthy snack is homemadeTrail Mix using a combination of any or all of the following:

    Dried cranberries - Craisins

    Dried cherries

    Raisins.Chocolate or Yogurt covered raisins

    Dates

Fancy Mixed Nuts - salted or unsalted, your choice

    Shelled Pistachio Nuts

    Dried Mango

    Dried Papaya

    Coconut flakes

    Banana chips

    Apple chips

    Dried Peaches

    Dried Blueberries

    Dried Pineapple

    Granola

Keep in a sealed container or ZipLock bags to keep fresh.

I also like to keep a container of cleaned veggies like baby carrots, celery sticks, sliced cucumbers, cleaned broccoli, cauliflower and radishes, sliced bell peppers, etc. in the fridge along with a container of cleaned and cut up fruit like cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple chunks, grapes, honeydew, sectioned oranges/Miniolas, cherries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.

I also try to keep some yogurt on hand to eat as a quick meal or a snack.

  7. chipS!!..lol

  8. Granny Smith apples, pears, grapes, peaches, bananas, strawberries, tomatoes, lettuce; really, whatever fresh produce I can find.

I have a HUGE sweet tooth though, so I love the 100 calorie snack packs. They're all great, they're just portioned already so you don't have to worry about counting exactly how much you are eating.

And pudding.. Mmmm! Jello brand makes fat free, sugar free, 100 calorie, etc pudding cups. I know generic brands make it in the instant pudding boxes as well, I just don't know if there are healthier kinds from generic brands.

And if none of this "diet" stuff is satisfying me as it sometimes fails to do. I go for homemade chocolate chip cookie dough using whole wheat dough and dark chocolate=] But watch how much of that you eat. And it's only an occasional treat.

    Enjoy!

  9. guacamole

  10. anything sugar and fat free lol like icecream or pringles

  11. Kind Bars (Fruit & Nut Delight), whole fruit (oranges, apples, blueberries, bananas, etc)
