The prodigal son (1981) with Yuen Biao, Lam Ching Ying and Samo Hung. If you are a martial artist that knows about real fighting techniques than this must be in your repertoire already... If you just enjoy kung-fu freaks going crazy beating each other up than I'd go for Fist of legend (1994) with Jet Lee. Yeah, that's a sure winner!!!

Enter the Dragon starring Bruce Lee was released in 1973. It was the first film to bring martial arts to Hollywood movie making and is considered a masterpiece of the genre.

Well I saw a few not too bad ones in my life, hard to quantify.

(1) Bruce Lee classics- any of them - fist of fury is super cool, you can look at his facial expression when the japanese taunt him. Wow, I think he will get an Oscar for it.

(2) The Predicab driver - Sammo Hung ( this one showcase his skill and a hung gar master.)

(3) Dragons Forever - JAcky Chan, Sammo, yuen biao, Benny Urquidez - Great fighting scene. The last scene where the 3 brothers were together.

(4) Fearless - Jet Li - His last serious martial arts skill

(5) Shaolin Fang s**+ Yu - Jet Li - He did the shaolin 2 finger stand. i.e do a hand stand with one hand on 2 fingers.

(6) Dragon from Russia - introduces another type of kung fu genre - quite well done by sam h*i - music is great. Absolutely entertaining.

(7) Real Shaolin Kung fu by Jet LI - introduces the various aspect and the 72 feats of shaolin.

(8) Hidden Dragon Crouching Tiger - The one by Chow Yun Fatt and Lee Ang - the wire works were well done.

(9) The matrix 2 ,3 - the fight choreography is good.

(10) Kung Fu Hustle - Stephen Chow - a must see classic , a blending of Sammo Hung and Yuen WO Ping martial arts directing.

(11) Snake in eagle shadow - JAcky Chan - his earlier works are better.

(12) Shaolin Soccer by stephen chow is not bad too.

(13) The Iron Monkey - great martial arts choreography.

(14) The one armed swordsman a superb classic.
